This is how it is done:
The driver leaves for his distribution route with the goods and original delivery notes. When he unloads the goods at the client’s sight, the driver or the client scans the barcode imprinted on the delivery note to their mobile and a copy of the delivery note is opened on the client’s device.
The client confirms receiving the goods with his signature, and that is all… the signed document already makes its way back to be filed in the organization’s information system, automatically and without paper.
The driver has the ability to report back in the event of a discrepancy between the delivery note and the goods supplied to the client, and in addition, he is able to photograph the goods or any other document attached to the delivery note.
The GPS location of the driver when the signing takes place is kept in the system.
