Instead of printing out documents and signing clients on paper and then scanning it into the ERP – you can have the clients sign a digital document directly, which will then be transferred to the appropriate screen in the ERP software. This saves a great deal of time, space and money. The software identifies the signing areas automatically, and enables you to sign them digitally using the signing pad. It then locks the document and stamps them with a legally certified digital stamp. The Pad Connect solution is suitable for sales counters which supply goods to clients and have them sign a paperless delivery note.

Creating a virtual document

Signing clients on the supply of goods at the sales counter – without paperwork and without scanning. The delivery notes of all the clients are automatically saved to the digital archive over the course of a month, and when issuing a summary invoice – the system extracts all the signed delivery notes together and attaches them to the invoice. 

Identifying the signing areas and requesting a signature on the signature pad

The client signs on the signature pad whenever required, the signature is automatically added at the right location on the document, after which the document is digitally signed and locked

The location of the signature field does not need to be pre-defined and relates to a specific reference point in the symbolization – for example, the system identifies the words “client’s signature” and at that location creates a signature area so that the clients sign in the right location on the document
