Every file transferred is digitally signed with a legally admissible digital signature
Even when you have a signing pad which enables a digital signature – clients are apprehensive about signing when they can’t see precisely what and where they are signing – the VPAD solution enables clients to view the complete and full sized digital document, read it and sign it as if they were signing on a regular piece of paper.
